2.5 hours on the subject of Ethical Business Practices - (This is not approved for LIBOR or NARs it is approved for NYS DOS for license renewal)
1 hour of Recent Legal Matters
We have 4 versions of the Recent Law class requirement you can take whichever you choose to fulfill the Recent Law required class:
      - Current Real Estate Laws- Rent Regulations
      - Recent Legal Matters Governing the Practice of Real Estate
      - Advertising -Recent Legal Issues- Local Law 97
      - Recent Legal Issues - 5 New Laws Related to Real Estate
3 hours of instruction pertaining to Fair Housing
      (our class is 3.5 hours and 3.75 credits)
Agency
      2 hours of Agency (for 1st time renewal)
      1 hour of Agency (for everyone else)
2 hours of Cultural Competency Training
2 hours of Implicit Bias our class is called Understanding & Preventing Racial Bias in Real Estate
